Burger King at 4400 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida.

The staff at this location could not be more rude. The lady at the counter lectured me like I was her step child about not looking over the screen of the register. I was checking to see if I handed her a 20 or a 100. I didn't lean into her space. She claimed that I was in her space. and there was an imaginary line to not cross. I'm not even tall so how could I be in her space. Regardless, her actions were ABSURD!!! Then she proceeded to tell me how I should learn to talk to people when I demanded my money back. I said "you need to learn how to treat your customers. I'm just trying to order some food". Who in the HECK does she think she is? young people these days have no manners honor or respect. If the management had any clue whatsoever, she should have been fired on the spot for the way she was talking to a customer. I'll never go to a Burger King again. EVER. This isn't the first location I've visited with staff and management lacking cordiality. I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN! It's pretty pathetic that the manager did nothing whatsoever to make me, the customer, feel better about my experience.I do not recall the manager apologizing either. She just handed me my money back.
