We miss Sheila G. very much. But Suzanne H. runs a fabulous studio and there are some talented and thoughtful instructors -- mature yogis, gifted in how they help students individualize a rigorous practice. Try several classes until you find those instructors who will help you learn. Don't be concerned about other people's practice. Some go just to sweat and perform; others go to learn and grow. This is place where you can learn and grow -- just have to find the right class. Wonderful spirit -- so welcoming, so empowering.
